In general
Please do not adjust or edit these images outside of the parameters I give you when your commission is finished.
These are NOT first-come, first-serve.
Clients/commissioners are NOT allowed to mint/turned my work for NFT, minted, put on blockchains, used in AI image generators or in any way for cryptocurrency, etc!
Commissions are for non-commercial use ONLY. You may reproduce them for personal use (stickers, charms) as long as you do not profit off of it.
I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion. If you wish to keep the artwork private, you must tell me.
I reserve the right to decline any commissions should it make me uncomfortable/if I feel incapable or any other reason, without question.
Regarding payment
Prices are all in USD, and paid in full, upfront through Paypal in the form of an invoice. I will not begin until payment is received.
NO REFUNDS, unless there is any reason that I am not able to finish the commission, or if the artwork is still in the sketch phase.
About the Commission
AGAIN, you may use these commissions for personal use, be it icons, wallpapers, etc. You may not use my work to generate income in any way, shape or form. You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.
If you'd like a commission licensed for commercial use, please email me about it and we will discuss the licenses and pricing.
Provide at least ONE proper, clear reference of your character, in color if the commission calls for it. Any references for specific poses, designs, or Pinterest boards you may have on hand are also appreciated.
Please do not rush me. Due to my private life I work quite slowly so please be patient and refrain from sending me messages every day or week. I will keep you updated with everything.
Updates and WIPs can and will be provided, please report any changes before continuing to work.
1-2 Minor changes are allowed for completed commissions. Bigger changes at that point will be impossible or will require additional fees. Please refrain from editing the finished artwork once you receive it.
Progress will also be updated periodically in TRELLO. (soon)
Posting and credit
You are allowed to repost the finished artwork, but with proper credit to me.
Removing my watermark is prohibited.
Failure to comply to any of these terms will land you on a blacklist, and I will no longer be accepting commission requests from you.
